Walk the car
Compare it against the loading photographs with the driver present. Anything that changed in transit is documented on the delivery receipt before the truck leaves.

Take the file
Title, inspection sheet, service records and the purchase order travel in the car, not in a separate envelope that arrives on Tuesday.

Sign the receipt
Two signatures: the driver's and yours. It is the document an insurance claim would rest on, so we do not rush it.

Call if anything is off
Thirty-day powertrain coverage starts the day you take delivery, wherever you are. The number in the file rings in this bay.
