This disclaimer applies to everything published on this website by TORQUE ALLEY MOTORS LLC: inventory listings, inspection sheets, condition scores, market bands, telemetry charts, service descriptions and general guidance.

It does not reduce any right you have under the purchase agreement, the limited warranty, the Federal Trade Commission Buyers Guide displayed on a vehicle, or Florida consumer law.

Vehicle descriptions, specifications, equipment lists and mileage figures are recorded in good faith from the vehicle, its title, its service records and manufacturer data. Used vehicles vary, and equipment that was standard in one build year may be absent from another.

Photographs, generated plates and illustrations show the vehicle and its measured data as recorded at intake. They are not a warranty of cosmetic condition, and minor differences between a photograph and the vehicle on the day you view it are normal.

If you need certainty about a specific feature, ask us to confirm it in writing before you commit. We will check the vehicle itself rather than rely on a specification table.

An inspection sheet records measurements taken on a particular vehicle on a particular day, using the instruments listed in our protocol. Measurements are stated with the tolerance of those instruments.

A passing reading means the component met our threshold on that day. It is not a prediction of remaining service life, and it is not a guarantee that the component will not fail tomorrow.

Condition scores are a weighted summary of the protocol results for each system. They are a communication tool, not a valuation and not an engineering judgement about roadworthiness.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, insurance or financial advice. Financing figures are illustrative examples supplied by third-party lenders and are not offers of credit.

Decisions about whether to buy, finance, insure, export or register a vehicle are yours. If you need advice on the tax or legal consequences of a transaction, consult a professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

The market band shown against a unit is our estimate of the retail range for that trim, mileage and condition, built from the comparables we can see and from our own transaction history.

It is an opinion, not an appraisal, and it is not suitable for insurance valuation, tax reporting, lending decisions or court purposes. Asking prices are not sale prices, and comparables can be wrong in both directions.

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. A price binds us only when it appears on a signed purchase order.

The charts on the telemetry page are calculated from our own purchase, reconditioning and sale journal on the first business day of each month, from closed months only.

They describe our own trading, not the market as a whole. A segment that sits on our lot may move quickly at another dealer in another state, and our price index is weighted by our own mix of vehicles.

We do not revise published series upwards after the fact. If a figure was wrong, we correct it, state that we corrected it and leave the correction visible.

The measurement plate on each listing is generated from that unit data: its power and torque peaks, its body style, its recorded readings and its condition scores. It is a data graphic, not a photograph of the vehicle.

The schematic map on the contact page is a drawing for orientation, not a survey or a routing plan. Do not use it for navigation or for any legal description of a boundary or a location.

Where a plate or an illustration could be mistaken for a photograph, the underlying values are published as text on the same page.

This site contains very few outbound links, and those it does contain are to services a buyer may need, such as a lender or a carrier. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.

A link is not an endorsement of everything a third party does, and it is not a warranty of any product or service they sell.

Lenders, carriers, service contract providers, inspectors and workshops are independent businesses. Their decisions, prices, terms and insurance are theirs, and a dispute with one of them is between you and them.

Where we introduce a provider, we do so because we have worked with them before. That is a statement about our experience, not a guarantee of their performance.
